12 Month personalized photo calendars display 12 or more (up to 6 photos per page!) of your favorite photos on soft gloss paper, more like a traditional calendar...not dull cardstock.
Punched for hanging, or suitable for framing!
Your photos will be cropped, adjusted for color/contrast, with redeye removal as needed. Most commercial retailers do not offer this service*.
If you do not have digital photos available, we can also use your prints or any flat artwork (a child’s drawing, newspaper clippings, etc.) up to 8.5” x 11” in size. All items will be returned with your order.
Your personalized photo calendar cover page consists of a thumbnail view of all 12 month photo pages and includes a clear protective overlay

*NOTE - your finished product depends heavily on the quality of your photos or other flat artwork!Out of focus, grainy (digital noise), or over/under-exposed images cannot be corrected. Please keep this in mind when selecting photos for your gift!
How do I order?
Use the Details and Pricing page to order online*. Once your order is placed, all you need to do is email or send us your photos (or other items such as drawings, etc.), named by month, and include any captions/special dates you wish to have added - we take it from there to design your unique personalized photo calendar gift. (See our How to Order page for more detailed instructions). You will receive an email with a PDF proof of your custom designed photo calendar for approval before printing/shipping. Be sure to add info@ClassyCalendars.com to your address book, or check your junk/bulk mail folder if you do not hear from us!
*Please email BEFORE ordering 10 or more duplicate items, or if you are a global shipping customer. We will email you a custom invoice with the quantity discount and/or global shipping amount applied. Thank you!

What standards must my photos and other files meet?
Due to the unique design of our photo calendar gifts and the fact that you can use more than one photo on each page, smaller files are able to be used than with most other retailers. Tiff, JPEG or PSD files are welcome.
Prints from wallet to 8.5x11 in size
Digital photos emailed as attachments, or mailed on CD.
Any letter size or smaller flat artwork (announcements, children’s drawings, diplomas, etc. If sending an important or keepsake document, please send color copy, not original).
Copyrighted material cannot be reproduced without written release. This includes most professional portraits.
Minor color/contrast and red eye and cropping adjustments will be made as needed. However, photos must be of good, clear quality. Finger prints, too light/dark, or out of focus prints cannot be corrected. The quality of your finished product depends heavily on the clarity of your photos! Any flaws in a photo will become even more apparent when enlarged and printed! Keep this in mind when submitting your photos.
Please do not send pre made collages. We need individual photos or other artwork for our workflow purposes.
Mailed files and photos will be returned with your order.
How long before I receive my custom designed photo calendar gift?
You will receive your PDF proof via email in approximately 5 business days once we receive your photos. If you have filtering set in your email program, be sure to allow email from info@ClassyCalendars.com, or check your bulk or junk email folder. We will ship your order within approximately 2 business days of approval of your proof, depending on the size of the order. We get very busy around the holidays and these times may be slightly longer. Allow average First Class mailing time.
NOTE - We cannot be responsible for USPS Mail delivery. We use USPS Priority Mail on all US orders. Please email us for global or expedited shipping options and cost.
What are your business hours?
Monday through Friday, 8am to 8pm PST, excluding holidays.
What is the cutoff date for Christmas 2009 orders?
Personalized photo calendar gifts orders must be received in our office on or before Monday, December 14th, 2009.
